The Easy Peezy way to
SIGN UP FOR ANY STUDENT EVENT
All travel events/overnight events require a sign up envelope.
Envelopes are found in the rack (see the picture to the left) in the fellowship hall next to the office back door . This envelope has places to fill in all your important information and have a parent sign to give you permission to attend.
Deposits are required for all events. Place your deposit in the envelope and drop it in the brown drop box (also seen in the picture). Deposits are usually non-refundable due to the nature of making event reservations. (See finance policies here)
You are not registered for any event until this paperwork and deposit are turned in.
