Walker Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Part-Time Worship Leader who is passionate about leading God’s people in Christ-centered, Spirit-led worship. We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves people, and desires to help guide our congregation in meaningful worship each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead worship for Sunday services and occasional special events

• Coordinate and rehearse with the worship team and tech volunteers

• Select Christ-honoring music that aligns with our church’s mission

• Work alongside the pastor and staff to plan weekly services

• Encourage a culture of worship, humility, and excellence

Qualifications:

• A growing relationship with Jesus Christ

• Vocal and/or instrumental ability

• Experience leading congregational worship preferred

• Ability to work well with a team

• Heart for ministry and commitment to the local church

Position Type:

• Part-time

• Compensation discussed during the interview process
